Gnome units prepare for an assault in a software summary that describes an upcoming attack.
The gnomes have organized themselves into cells of different colours, and locating more than three gnomes in one cell will earn you a higher score. The gameplay is simple yet intriguing, you select the hiding spots where you suspect the gnomes to be, and if there is a gnome present, it will be revealed. If it matches the colour of the cell you are trying to eliminate, it will be added to the list of known gnomes and will remain in place until you either eliminate the cell, or run out of time.
There are three levels of play, each with a different number of cells for you to capture. The six-cell game is the easiest, followed by the nine-cell, and lastly, the twelve-cell game. As the number of cells increases, so does the time you have to capture all the cells, making the game more challenging. However, with more cells to capture, you'll have less time to capture each individual cell, which further intensifies gameplay.
Overall, GnomeSpy is a fun and entertaining game that will keep you engaged for hours. Its simple yet challenging gameplay, coupled with multiple levels of play, makes it a must-try for all casual gamers.
