HPop is a software solution that simplifies the POP email checking process by enabling you to add multiple accounts and apply filters to each mail. The tool has an advanced filtering system to ensure you receive only relevant emails.
One of its key features is giving a name to your account configuration and completing all the information. If you want to keep the account disabled (not checking), you merely need to uncheck the Mail account enable box. With the Tasks button, you can add tasks to do with your incoming mail. Also, from the Account menu, you can edit all your accounts. Don't forget to push the Apply button to save changes you made to the selected account.
On the Task List window, you can manage all the filters of one account, and you can change the order of the filters, too. A task configuration window has three configuration panels. In the General panel, you name the task and set the preconditions to execute the filter. With the Saving option panel, the mails can be stored to process later, adding emails to a database. You can also save mail information to a file, append complete mail to a file, or save each mail in a separate file.
The Forward option panel allows Forward mail to option. To configure this, you must specify destination Email, SMTP server, user and password for this smtp server, and you can even specify the From field of the message (Use messages From field) if you need one for an SMTP server that does not relay.
Using HPop is easy, with its Pop3 Accounts window showing all the accounts. You can see the status, and you'll know how many mails are in the account and the last time you checked it. Double click an account, and it opens a new window (pop account mails) with all the mails of this account.
Overall, HPop is one of the efficient software that you can efficiently use to manage your emails.
