Easily organize image folders using this software, keeping them sorted and easy to find.
To start using ImageSorter, simply select a folder containing images, and the software will populate the names of the images into a list below the button. You can then add a list of destination folders where the images will be transported. You may select whether to move or copy the images from the image folder, with moving being the default option. Trashing an image is also possible, but be warned that previous actions cannot be undone.
Once your source and destination folders are set, choose an image and click the folder where the image should go. If the image is moved, it will be removed from the list and the first remaining image will be automatically selected. If the image is copied, it will not be removed from the list.
The software is designed with a resizable and scalable image area that can be expanded to up to 100% in size. Furthermore, the destination folder space will be expanded displaying additional folders when the window is resized. To make it easier to sort images, ImageSorter provides a keyboard sorting feature. Users can type the associated key listed within the brackets in the destination folder area instead of using the mouse to click the folder. A destination folder can be removed by holding down the option key in addition to typing the folder key.
ImageSorter is a feature-rich software that is packed with useful capabilities to help users arrange their image files in an efficient manner. It supports unlimited destination folders, and the destination folders list is also resizable.
In conclusion, the software is an excellent tool for organizing image files, but it does come with a few limitations. One of them is a startup delay, while the other is a registration screen. However, these minor cons cannot overshadow the benefits that come with using ImageSorter.
