Open source tool to store and manage your internet account passwords securely

All account information are stored on a 'vaultfile' - an encrypted file that stores XML data representing the account information.
The user may use the vaultfile on different systems and this portability factor facilitates secure assistance with your internet account passwords anywhere. Many web browsers offer to remember passwords. But, in most of them the passwords are not portable in a secure manner.
Kiara will not offer to fill passwords automatically when the user loads a login page on his browser. Kiara is a small stand-alone tool capable to remember your internet passwords in a transparent and independent way.
