NetGrowler provides pop-up notifications via Growl for network events.
The latest release of NetGrowler has fixed a critical error that was identified by Augie Fackler. Previously, masks other than /16 were not calculated correctly, and the software did not consider the IP's range of 10.x.y.z (where x.y was not equal to 0.0) to be within the RFC1918 address range 10.0.0.0/8. This is now rectified in the latest version of the software.
Additionally, some warnings that were encountered while compiling under Tiger have also been eliminated in this release. The software runs smoothly and efficiently and is an ideal tool for monitoring and receiving vital network notifications in real-time.
