Photo Backup is a photo organizing software that enables you to edit and categorize large volumes of digital images. It lets you create virtual albums, crop and rotate images, and easily save your photos to CDs or DVDs. The software also automatically creates an index for easy retrieval.
One of the most impressive features of Photo Backup is how quickly it locates pictures in the hard drive(s). This saves me a lot of time, as I no longer have to manually search for my photos. Additionally, Photo Backup creates archive CDs or DVDs of all my files with automatic book-keeping of what's been backed up. This means that I don't need to worry about remembering when I made the backup, or what's already archived.
Another feature that I love is Photo Backup's scheduler for making periodic backup, or backup only when new data exists. This ensures that I always have the latest version of my photos backed up. Finding my photos in the backup is also very easy thanks to the thumbnail index, which is also copied to a dedicated CD. The index is arranged according to the directories on my hard drive, which makes it very easy to find files in the backup.
Restoring from Photo Backup's archive is also simple. I can do a full 1-click restore using Photo Backup or manually copy selected files from the archive. Photo Backup automatically uses multi-session CD/DVD burning and multi-disk spanning to archive any number of files, with no limitations.
Overall, I highly recommend Photo Backup for anyone who needs to manage their digital photo collection. This software is reliable, easy to use, and has some great features that make it stand out from other photo management software out there.
