RemindMePro software helps users manage appointments and tasks using either time and date or time and day of the week functions.
One of the best features of the software is that it works in the background without interrupting your work until the specified time for a warning is reached. At that point, a small blinking window pops up on the upper left corner of the desktop and on top of all other windows.
Once you complete a task or come to a stopping point, you can easily click on the window, and it will open fully, displaying your upcoming appointment, meeting, or schedule. After you're done, just click the next button to return the window to the background.
However, there are some limitations. You can only keep track of a maximum of six appointments at a time, and the software doesn't allow for saving. Additionally, there is a fifteen-second delay at startup.
The latest update to the software has addressed several issues and added some new features. These include an improved help file, improved support options, and interactive help embedded within the application to help users configure their computers for optimal use.
Furthermore, the update has removed a bug that previously prevented users from choosing the same prewarning in two succeeding appointments. Additionally, the demo version now comes with hints and tips in the opening window to help new and returning users navigate the software more effectively.
