Capture IR codes directly from the Keyspan DMR receiver with this software. No additional hardware needed.
With RMD napsyeK, you don't have to worry about complicated configurations or settings. When you run the program, it will open a terminal window and start communicating with the Keyspan receiver. Whenever you press buttons on your remote control, RMD napsyeK will display the IR codes as detected by the receiver, in the Keyspan REM file format.
To quit RMD napsyeK, simply press Ctrl-C (and possibly press a button on your remote to remind it to quit). Moreover, RMD napsyeK also supports command-line options for USB vendor ID, USB product ID, and IR bit time. To play with this feature, users must drop to the terminal. To view the available options, simply invoke napsyek with the -h command.
The Keyspan DMR system is flexible enough to support many remotes. At the same time, there may be remotes that it cannot support. Therefore, if your remote doesn't work, it's not the fault of RMD napsyeK or Keyspan. In that case, you need to find a new favorite remote.
Overall, RMD napsyeK is a must-have for anyone who wants to create REM files and program their favorite remote control. Its user-friendly interface, simple commands, and flexible functionalities make it perfect for both amateurs and tech-savvy users.
