A password manager software that protects personal information and guards against keystroke loggers. Can also be used for signing in to the Internet. Safeguards data during entry, use, and storage.
When entering your logon data record, such as owner, password, account and URL, you can use four different methods. You can use a conventional hardware keyboard, an on-program generated virtual keyboard, voice-to-text dictation, or a combination of all three methods. By using the virtual keyboard or dictation, potential keystroke logging is avoided, which improves the security of your password information.
You can then choose to use the logon data once and discard it, or save it to a multi-layered encrypted database file that is crack-safe. The contents of this file are locked with a user-defined master password key that can be up to 254 characters long. To decode the file and read its contents, the user needs to provide the cipher key, which is the master password that encoded it, and the program with its custom algorithm to decode it. Each logon record also receives a date/time stamp and an incremented usage counter to help keep track of logon sessions.
Using the software is straightforward. With one record "selected" as default, you can fetch, decode and call up the URL from the internet with a command button click. The web page then appears in your browser, and the password and account are presented in a floating window, ready to be pasted with a mouse click. This means that keyless web logon is possible, bypassing keyboard keying and avoiding keylogger detection.
There are several advantages to using this software. Firstly, you only need to remember one master password to unlock potentially hundreds of user passwords. Secondly, it is an efficient and time-saving way to manage your passwords. Finally, you can use robust passwords, such as "aU4" which are difficult to crack.
Overall, this software is a secure and effective way to manage your passwords and keep your private data safe.
