TCS is a software solution for managing trends, capturing data from internal server performance and network acquisition systems.
One of the key advantages of TCS is that it allows users to monitor relevant parameters of a server, optimizing and controlling performances during peak activity periods. The program can be useful in sustained alarms periods in a supervision system. Users can display, store, print and export data in both graphical and numerical forms. Furthermore, the program includes spreadsheet functions.
TCS enables users to view different trend graphics on a single page or multiple pages, with each graphic displaying up to 6 curves. The maximum number of data points that the program can manage is 10,000. TCS displays trends on hourly, daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis.
Users can view these graphics in two different ways. While hourly trends graphics display the points values as they are coming from the field, other graphics report the arithmetic or weighted average on selection. For example, hourly averages for daily and weekly trends and daily averages for monthly and yearly trends. The weighted average is based on the time interval between an upgrade and the next.
With TCS, users can only view the data or can also store it in a historical archive for future reference. Overall, TCS is an excellent software for trend management, especially for those operating in performance-critical environments.
