The Extended DBNavigator software component offers various customizations such as glyphs states, automatic shade generation and button styles. Both horizontal and vertical button orientations are available along with extra search, set bookmark and get bookmark buttons.
Another great feature of the component is its ability to adapt to the XP Theme, making it blend seamlessly with the rest of the operating system. This is something that many developers will appreciate.
One thing that I really liked about the Extended DBNavigator was the different button styles available. There are normal, hot, and disabled glyphs, all with optional automatic disabled/down glyph generation. There are also different gradient colors for the buttons, depending on whether they are normal, hot or pressed.
Finally, I appreciated that there were different button orientations available. You can have horizontal or vertical buttons, depending on your preference. Additionally, there are extra buttons available for search, setting bookmarks, and getting bookmarks.
Overall, I would highly recommend the Extended DBNavigator component. It is part of the TMS Component Pack, which is also worth checking out.
