Word processor with time-saving features for manipulating text.
One of the key features of Text Manipulator is the Alphabetize Text function. This allows individuals to alphabetize text formatted in either sentence or list form, saving time and effort in the process. Another helpful feature is the Find Words of Length command, which extracts words of a specific length from any given text.
The Remove Duplicates function is also highly useful, removing any duplicate words from a list. This is an ideal way of cleaning up wordlists quickly and efficiently. The Prefix/Suffix Lines feature adds or deletes a prefix or suffix from all the lines in any given text, perfect for HTML or programming.
The Re-Arrange Lines function allows individuals to manipulate text formats, such as paragraph form to return-delineated lists or vice versa. Additionally, it can arrange words in random order. Convert to Title Case is a highly useful command that capitalizes the first letter of every word in the selected text.
The Spelling feature runs a spell check on any document or selection depending on which option is chosen. Also, the Dictionary function will bring up an internet-based dictionary, allowing users to query several online dictionaries and return the definition of any given word.
New features have been added to this latest version. There are now preferences for default font, size, and color, and the line number updates correctly. Improved internet dictionary speed is also a feature of the new release, and users can now select all in fields besides the text field. Direct printing of dictionary results is now possible, and there have been stability improvements. Some users may appreciate the cosmetic improvements made in various areas, such as the saved dialog and document info window. Additionally, the total number of lines displayed in the info window is now correct at all times.
