Update iPod is a free script application that will update your iPod on-the-fly, providing your iPod Preferences are set to "Automatically update...". Run the script whenever you want to re-sync your iPod.

NOTE: You must have your iPod Preferences set to "Automatically update selected playlists only" or "Automatically update all songs and playlists".
