WindowDragon enables easy dragging of windows by simply clicking on any part of their structure, offering a more seamless user experience.
The best part about WindowDragon is that it can be configured from the APE Manager preference pane, which is simple and easy to use. To access the WindowDragon configuration window, simply choose System Preferences from the Apple Menu, click on the APE Manager icon, and choose WindowDragon from the Application Enhancers list on the left-hand side of the window.
With WindowDragon, you have full control over the Drag Anywhere feature. By simply clicking the "Drag Anywhere" checkbox, you can toggle the feature on and off. Additionally, you can choose your desired mouse and modifier key combination for the Drag Anywhere functionality by holding down the modifiers and clicking the box next to the "Drag Anywhere" text with the appropriate mouse button. Once you've changed your settings, the box will be updated to reflect your new preferences.
Another great feature of WindowDragon is its "Bring Window to Front" capability. With this feature, you can easily toggle between WindowDragon's two window dragging behaviors. If "Bring Window to Front" is enabled, the window being dragged will become the front window. However, if the feature is turned off, the window will not be brought forward. By holding down the command key while using "Drag Anywhere," you can use the alternate behavior.
In addition to all of these functionalities, WindowDragon also offers the "Drag All" feature. This feature is similar to "Drag Anywhere," but it allows you to drag all of an application's windows at once. Overall, WindowDragon is an excellent software tool that can greatly enhance your window dragging experience.
