Shutdown Manager is a software tool that enables users to schedule tasks such as shutdown, restart, logoff and standby. It also includes a power monitor and add-ons for additional functionality.

The clipboard viewer allows users to see clipboards content and save images to various formats such as BMP, JPG, and GIF. Text can be saved to a file and sent to a keyboard to emulate keystrokes, allowing users to save time when they need to enter long codes.
The software is easily accessed at any time with a Win+C combination (Windows Start Key and C letter). The software also allows users to set up Shutdown Manager to wait for a specified window(s) to be closed or title changed, and to define how many seconds to wait before shutdown.
The software also allows users to connect to a remote Shutdown Manager and perform special tasks before closing windows automatically, such as deleting Temp folder's content, Recent Used Files History, Internet Explorer Cache, IE Cookies, Office XP Most Recent Used Files, Windows Tmp Files, Scandisk files, Typed URL's history, and Recycle Bin, amongst others.
The software also features a memory defragmenter and tray icons to open CDs with a single click. The Animate Windows Start button feature is also available.
Users can synchronize their entire network computers (Home or Business) to a single computer using any Time Synchronization Tool, like Atomic clock of Comparator Fast, using the software's Time Server, with standard NTP protocol.
Overall, the software is packed with features that appeal to both personal and business users, with an easy-to-use interface and a range of tools to streamline their computing experience.
