Cresotech DesktopSafe Lite is a free software tool that enables users to securely store confidential data. With only one password to remember, users can store and access a variety of sensitive information.
One of the best things about using Cresotech DesktopSafe is that instead of memorizing numerous passwords, nicknames and numbers, you only need to remember one password. This password gives you access to the entire database, allowing you to manage your information with ease.
If you want to use the software without paying any charges, the DesktopSafe Lite version is available for free. However, if you need more functionality, you can opt for the DesktopSafe Pro version that offers additional benefits. When you choose the Pro version, you can save your records to more than one DesktopSafe database file. You can also import and export data from and to your PocketPC as long as you have Cresotech PocketSafe installed.
Using the DesktopSafe Pro version, you can adjust the program's appearance as you like, change background colors and bitmaps, and remove the final advertising screens on exit. To transfer your data to your PocketPC, connect your PocketPC to your desktop PC and select the 'Export to Pocket PC' option, and to retrieve data from Pocket PC, select the 'Import from Pocket PC' option.
To manage your confidential records on your Pocket PC, you must install Cresotech PocketSafe to your device. Essentially, PocketSafe has the same functions as DesktopSafe except that it operates on the Pocket PC instead of desktop. Finally, if you have a free version of the software, you can easily upgrade to DesktopSafe Pro by simply clicking the 'Upgrade' button in the DesktopSafe Lite program window.
