Users can write notes or letters, then print, fax, or email them directly from within the software, either to individual addresses or the entire address list.
Users can easily manage their address list by selecting addresses, return addresses, and graphic logos instantly, looking up addresses in the address book or powerful database, and filtering the database for any field or combination of fields. The software even includes a quick filter to easily find all addresses that match one field, and provides the ability to tag addresses for printing or other uses. Additionally, the software offers predefined Address Reports or the ability to design custom reports.
