FutureWare Personal HypertensionTracker is a software application that tracks blood pressure readings on a daily basis and presents them in color-coded bar charts. The data can be printed or faxed to a physician.

But that's not all. For those who require remote monitoring, the FutureWare MedWatch program allows for secure internet connections to your physician. This ensures you receive the monitoring you need no matter where you are. If you're on medication, the application even keeps track of your usage and will prompt you when a refill is needed. Plus, it can open your default internet browser for quick refills if your pharmacy has the capability.
The software is simple to use, displaying daily systolic and diastolic readings in a split bar-graph format, as well as the selected time period, and the maximum and minimum values for each over the selected period. Hovering over a bar will even display that day's readings for quick reference. And if a pulse rate has been entered, it will be displayed along with the systolic and diastolic values.
One of my favorite features of this application is the enhanced readings scale. You can select for absolute values or choose to highlight variations, providing you with even more information on your readings. Additionally, a day for which there are no readings is indicated by an outlined blank bar. Double-clicking on one of these will prompt for the readings for that date.
Overall, I found the FutureWare Personal HypertensionTracker to be an excellent tool for keeping track of my blood pressure readings. It's easy to use, even for those who may not be tech-savvy, and offers a multitude of features for tracking not only your readings but also your medication usage. I highly recommend this software to anyone who needs to monitor their blood pressure on a regular basis.
