SEES is collaborative software that allows concurrent file collaboration with multiple users on a network. It provides automated version management and backup to ensure safe file sharing and editing. SEES is easily applicable to any network.
One of the best features of SEES is its safe backup and automated version management system. Whenever a user checks-in a file, the server creates a backup and records a comment for changes that might be made. All versions of the file can be checked easily at the server for future reference. Also, checked-in files are stored automatically in the client's backup folder, and users can easily access them in case of any issues. The server administrator has control over the number of backup files to maintain and remove the oldest ones to ensure there is enough disk space. In case of any problems or requests from users, the server administrator can restore the file's old version.
Interacting with other users is also easy on SEES. Anytime a user wants to use a file, and it's occupied, the user can send a message to the occupier asking for the check-in schedule, among other things. All users within the network can send messages to their group users to inform them of any significant changes made by the user. Additionally, the administrator can customize a notification message, and users will see it upon login.
SEES software has excellent interactive user interfaces that use a special console window. The console window displays information and accepts command execution by double-clicking the command line. This feature makes it easy for the administrator and users to work intuitively. In conclusion, SEES is an excellent software that offers its users advanced file collaboration and version control system, safe backup and automated version management, instant messaging between working users, and an intuitive interactive user interface.
