3Doku is a puzzle game that offers a twist on the classic Sudoku game by presenting it in 3D. With 27 Sudoku schemas in a cube, players must solve puzzles along three axes, offering a new challenge for Sudoku enthusiasts.
In 3Doku, players are presented with a 9x9x9 cube, where 27 Sudoku schemas intersect along the three axes. Each bi-dimensional schema must be solved while keeping in mind that every single cell belongs not only to the selected schema, but also to the other two placed on the orthogonal planes. This added level of complexity makes for a truly brain-bending experience that will test even the most experienced Sudoku players.
With 4 difficulty levels and 4 initial values distributions, you can customize your game to have a new, exciting challenge to solve every time you play. Whether you're a Sudoku addict or just looking for a fun new puzzle game, 3Doku is the perfect choice. So why not give it a try and see if you've got what it takes to conquer the third dimension of Sudoku?
Version 1.2:
- If you won a game, then quit without starting a new one, 3Doku would crash on start if Auto Save was enabled. Fixed.
- Added "Edit->AutoSet Values": if set, 3Doku will automatically fill the visible cells which are left with only a possible choice whenever you edit a value. Depending on your previous moves, this might fill them with wrong values though, thus beware.
Version 1.1:
- The user can manually enter possible values and notes for the cells. Notes will be shown as tooltips.
- 3D view: the planes have been changed to match the color of their header in the 2D view.
- The game can be automatically saved on exit and reopened on start.
