This software bridges LIRC and anyremote-J2ME-client, providing a seamless connection between the two. With its user-friendly interface and efficient functionality, this software is a must-have for anyone looking to streamline their remote control experience.
One thing to keep in mind is that anyremote-lirc behaves like a subordinate lircd server. To get started, I simply ran the following command: anyremote-lirc -c 19 -l 5051. After that, I ran the lircd command lircd -c localhost:5051 [-P /tmp/lircd.pid ] [-L /tmp/lircd.log -n ] /path/to/linux-input-layer-lircd.conf.
While there are a few commands needed to get set up, I had no problem understanding them, and found anyremote-lirc to be super easy to use. Overall, I highly recommend this software for anyone looking to effortlessly connect their phone to their LIRC server.
