B&B's EAP (Employee Assistance Program) software is specifically designed for client documentation, tracking / follow-up and reporting.
Data elements include demographics, clinical notes - including automatic importation from transcriptionist files, Primary / Secondary assessments, DSMIV or ICD-9 classifications, Final resolution / or declined help, the numbers / length and types of contacts by EAP counselors. Record referrals to outside clinicians / PPOs (system contains several thousand external resource records), Produces and stores Client satisfaction surveys, HIPPA auditing data / security, and more.
In addition, all of this information is collected with the minimum of data entry. Many data elements are "picklists". The user just click to select a value and it is inserted without typing.
Individual objects on forms, such as buttons, or text boxes have "tool tips" associated with them. If the user is unsure of the purpose of a button, the user can pause the mouse over the item and a brief description or hint will be displayed on-screen.
Users can review initial / final client assessment, track client progress, follow-up on in-house or referral services, survey clients and measure effectiveness through a variety of reports.
You can enter satisfaction surveys and compare against averages. For PPOs, you can enter alert levels when referral hours or # of referals are exceeded.
