The result is a nice, color coded calendar that displays appointments from many
different categories which in turn are privately shared with the right people. For instance, John has a personal, business and family calendars. His personal one is not shared with anyone, but he shares the business one with co-workers and the family one with his wife.
Using Enlista Calendar John "merges" those three calendars in one single view. The personal appointments show in red, the business ones in yellow and the family ones in green. John's wife can create new appointments, such as "Jimmy school play" or "Aunt Laura Birthday". These new appointments will automatically appear in John's family calendar, while keeping it private from all of his co-workers.
John uses a PC at work, but at home he uses a Linux box he built himself, while
his wife prefers to work on a Macintosh. All of them can use Enlista Calendar and share their information regardless of the Operating System.
