Miraplacid Publisher is a free software that turns printable documents into various image formats such as TIFF, JPEG, TGA, BMP, PNG, and GIF. It automatically saves, emails, uploads, or redirects the files to a printer. The software also comes with a free SDK.
Installing Miraplacid Publisher on your PC will add a new virtual printer to your system. All documents you print to this "printer" will open in a preview dialog. It allows you to scale the image, adjust hue, saturation, value, and do some other image processing. You can then save the result images to disk, email, upload to FTP or HTTP server, or print them to a real printer.
Miraplacid Publisher supports various output formats such as PDF, JPEG, GIF, TIFF, BMP, PNG, and TGA. When redirecting to a printer, you can reduce saturation to save color cartridge or increase value to save black ink. With the borders detector in manual mode, you can set the printing area when you only want to print a specific part of the document.
Miraplacid Publisher adds an icon to your desktop. Any documents you drag and drop to this icon will be printed and processed by Miraplacid Publisher in the background. If you want to automate the process, you can turn on "Auto Send" to send images to your chosen destinations without waiting for your input.
If you need every document to be saved to an individual file, you can add {{DATE}}, {{TIME}}, {{IDENTITY}}, {{PAGE}}, or {{JOB}} to the file name or path. These options will be replaced with current date, time, a unique number, page number, and print job ID, respectively.
Miraplacid Publisher is integration-ready software. Its settings can be easily managed from your software or script. Overall, if you need a software that can convert any document into a set of images and ensure they look exactly as you intended, Miraplacid Publisher is worth considering.
