NoteWeb is a highly adaptable information management software that allows users to create, edit, search, categorize, and filter different forms of data, such as text notes, web pages, hyperforms, and sketches, all indexed by relevant keywords.
One of NoteWeb’s most impressive attributes is its ability to handle a variety of different types of information. The software can work with plain text notes, rich text notes, web pages, hypernotes (which are essentially small web pages), hyperforms (input forms which can be filled in and stored along with their data), grid notes (notes with multiple records displayed in the form of a data grid), XML documents, as well as links to external files or programs.
NoteWeb has been designed to make using the software as easy as possible. The developers have made every effort to avoid complex operations and keep the basic functions simple and easy to understand. Additionally, users are provided with a detailed Help file and examples. It’s worth noting that NoteWeb fits on a single diskette.
When downloading NoteWeb, keep in mind that the trial version comes with a 30-day time limit. To remove that limitation, users will need to purchase the full version of NoteWeb by going to www.plworx-software.com and clicking the “Buy Now” button.
Installing NoteWeb is a simple process. Users just need to unzip the download file to a convenient directory (using any standard pack/unpack utility such as WinZip), then run the SETUP.EXE and follow the prompts. Once installed, NoteWeb can be started by clicking on the NoteWeb icon or by clicking “Start”, “Programs”, “NoteWeb”, and then clicking on the “NoteWeb” option.
