"Stream audio easily using Amarok Livestream with Icecast2 which relays all soundcard data in real-time." (19 words)
Luckily, the configuration process is pretty straightforward. Simply start the script and click onto configure. An instance of KWrite will pop up with the config file in it, allowing you to change the values and hit save. After that, restart the script and it will spawn a ices2 instance in the background and transmit Amarok's metadata to it. If you stop the script, ices2 is killed.
To use Amarok Livestream with Icecast2, make sure you have the following requirements: Amarok, Bash, CoreUtils, and Ices2 and icecast2 server. And with the latest release, the script now creates the datadir if it doesn't exist, so you can run it without any problems.
