Aurox Live is an operating system variation that operates directly from a CD.
However, I did run into a known issue with RPM package dependencies in the Aurox 10.0 version. Luckily, a fix is available for those who have installed Aurox 10 from CDs by running a simple script.
Another issue I encountered involved a previously-installed Windows system not booting after Aurox 10 was installed. The solution was to enable LBA mode for the hard disk where both systems were installed. This was accomplished by entering BIOS setup, usually accessed by pressing the [Del] key during bootup. Within the setup utility, one can find the hard disk settings and change the mode from AUTO to LBA.
Overall, despite some minor hiccups, I found Aurox Live to be a reliable and powerful operating system with plenty of useful features.
