Babyftpd is a C++-based FTP Server Daemon for file sharing and management.
One downside is that there is no install script provided. Nonetheless, you can still copy the executable, babyftpd, into place. To access a list of switches to be used, send the switch -h. If you want to change the paths in the example babyftpd.conf to somewhere else, you can do that as well.
If you intend to use x509 client auth, note that an external executable will be needed. You can refer to the provided script verify_client.pl for an example of how to set it up. On the other hand, if you choose to go the other route and only use PAM authentication, you can check out the file babyftpd.pam for guidance on setting that up.
For those interested, compilation only requires autoconf && ./configure && make. Lastly, the most recent release notes mention the following changes: Connection.cpp (1.13, babyftpd-0_2a): a parenthesis can make wonders.
