Berusky is a puzzle game that utilizes logic and is inspired by the classic puzzle game Sokoban.
To leave each level in the game (which boasts around 120 levels), players need to possess five keys and have a clear path to the exit. The hardware and software requirements for Berusky aren't strict, as it can run on any computer that has an SVGA graphics card. The game takes up 640x480 pixels for the main game and 1024x768 for the level editor.
Berusky was initially aimed at MS-DOS 5.x users. However, the latest version was redesigned to run smoothly on Linux and Windows systems as well. The game incorporates the SDL library for graphics backend.
Berusky has been incredibly successful among Czech players, with over 20,000 downloads. It has also been featured in various Czech gamer magazines, such as Level and Gamestar. Players often praise Berusky for its playability, well-designed levels, low hardware requirements, and appealing graphics.
