A basic application for digital painting.
One of the great features of BubblePaint is the ability to save your artwork as an image. Additionally, the window is resizable, making it easy to customize your workspace. However, it's important to note that the software works best when used with a three-button mouse that has a mouse wheel. I can't guarantee the same results with other types of mice.
When using BubblePaint, there are several key directions to keep in mind. To toggle the information screen, press "t". Holding down the left mouse button allows you to draw bubbles. Moving the mouse up and down while holding down the middle mouse button changes the bubble size. Similarly, moving the mouse up and down while holding down the right mouse button changes the brush hue.
There are several other keyboard shortcuts that I found helpful, such as holding down multiple mouse buttons at once to create different effects. You can also save your artwork by pressing "s", start a new session by pressing "n", and clear the dynamic bubbles by pressing "c". To "dry" the bubbles to the background, press "d".
Overall, I found BubblePaint to be a fun and easy-to-use software. Other helpful shortcuts include pressing "p" to update the palette of the brush and "o" to swap the current brush color with its complementary color. You can also set the background color to the current brush color by pressing "b" and toggle the gravity with "g". To define the direction of gravity and turn it on, use the arrow keys.
Finally, to undo or remove bubbles in the order of creation, press "ctrl+z". To exit the program, press "Esc". Overall, I would highly recommend BubblePaint for anyone looking for a unique and fun way to create digital art.
