DGAF is a recently developed P2P communication tool.
The software is 100% free to use, although any donations are gladly accepted. The vast majority of the project is released under a BSD license, even if otherwise stated. However, some of the project falls under the LGPL licensing system.
With a plethora of file-sharing softwares currently out there, one might be tempted to ask "why DGAF?" However, in light of the avaricious organizations out there, going public with shared files no longer remains a good idea. Consequently, smaller networks with familiar peers will soon become the future of P2P networks. Hence the need for DGAF, a software that helps you keep things close-knit within familiar boundaries.
DGAF is compatible with a wide range of operating systems, including Windows, Linux, Mac, Solaris, and FreeBSD. The software should also work perfectly on any POSIX OS with GTK+ 2 and a C Compiler.
