Double Choco LatteBugzero is a software tool that facilitates software configuration management and tracks bugs and enhancements.
Double Choco Latte can be integrated with a phpGroupWare installation or used as a standalone application. The software is licensed under the GPL (GNU Public License), which means it is free to modify, distribute, study, and use.
Some key features of Double Choco Latte include work orders, projects, call tickets, time cards, attribute sets, accounts, personnel, departments, severities, priorities, statuses, sequences, products, and email notifications via watches. Work orders can be used for tracking history relating to bugs, requests, maintenance, and project tasks. Projects offer hierarchical support, allowing sub-projects to be created, and parent projects to provide statistics for all child projects.
Call tickets are used for client contact and come with self-timing features. Time cards are used to measure the time taken on a work order to accomplish an action, and multiple time cards can be inputted for a single work order. Attribute sets consist of actions, priorities, severities, and statuses, and can be customized for each product that the software supports.
Other features such as watching specific products, projects, or work orders for notification purposes are also available. Double Choco Latte requires PHP version 4, any OS that runs PHP, a web server (Apache or IIS), and a SQL database (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Sybase Adaptive Server Enterprise, or Microsoft SQL Server). The client can be accessed via any recent, standards-compliant browser such as Mozilla, Galeon, Mozilla Firebird, Konqueror, or Internet Explorer.
