Essential Contact Manager simplifies contact management through efficient tracking of contacts.
To use the Essential Contact Manager, you'll need the SimpleFoundation Library. The latest version of Essential Contact Manager features a bug fix of text changing to the first item in the combobox after saving. Also, the installer has been significantly improved for a better installation experience.
The Essential Contact Manager has been tested on several distributions, including Kubuntu 7.04 and SLED 10 (unmodified). Users are encouraged to report any problems they experience with the new installer.
With the implementation of the images section and the removal of the need for qt4 libraries, the Essential Contact Manager has become even more user-friendly. Communication problems between the info and switch views have been fixed, and the "MainView" class in SimpleFoundation has helped improve the application API.
Current widgets now play a more integral part of the application framework, offering well-designed buttons for actions. Also, input combo-boxes now update when contacts are changed. Lastly, Essential Contact Manager offers a prompt to save unsaved contacts when switching to a different contact.
