Create universal actions for SPOPS objects with the OpenInteract Framework's standardized behavior definitions.
```
'myobj' => { 'isa' => [ qw/ ... OpenInteract::SPOPS::DBI ... / ], },
```
OpenInteract::SPOPS serves as a bridge between the data abstraction layer and OpenInteract by providing some common operations that are not available in the former. However, to maintain the separate nature of these two components, we cannot embed ideas like a configuration object or a specific cache implementation in SPOPS.
It's important to note that while OpenInteract::SPOPS contains much of the functionality necessary for smooth operations, it's always best to use one of the implementation-specific child classes such as OpenInteract::SPOPS::DBI and OpenInteract::SPOPS::LDAP.
