Pungi is a free, open-source tool for creating Fedora installation trees and ISOs.
Secondly, it is also a set of python libraries that can be used to develop various tools on top of its infrastructure, such as composing custom builds for Fedora. The library provides a selection of functions that can be used to locate, resolve package dependencies, and gather packages into a specific location. Additionally, it also provides another library that can execute various Anaconda tools on the gathered packages and generate ISOs from the results.
The latest release fixes a few bugs, including not quoting the ISO label, not running mkisofs in shell, ensuring that cached downloads compare correctly, shortening "development" to "devel" in the default config for more space for mkisofs, adding better handling of a missing config file, and improving comments in the default config file. All in all, Pungi is an excellent tool for Fedora users and developers alike.
