QMetronome is a GPL-licensed metronome software for Qt that can be customized using skins.
The software was initially created by its developer when they were learning the rhythms of Flamenco on the guitar, and as such, the metronome supports up to twelve beats per "bar" and provides accents when clicking.
The metronome comes with three click sounds that are configurable: one, accent, and ordinary. Additionally, users can set the number of beats per round to be between four and twelve, and use the software with a high degree of timing precision, which is only limited by their sound card and driver quality.
One of the limitations of the software is that all three click sounds must be in the same format, which can result in strange behavior if they're not. However, this will be fixed in future versions of the software.
To use the QMetronome software, users must have Qt and SDL for sound requirements installed on their device. Overall, QMetronome provides users with an easy-to-use metronome with a few customizable options for a flawless rhythm experience.
