RaceVIEW software organizes and presents Pinewood Derby, Rain Gutter Regatta, and KubKar Rally results and events effectively.
The software uses a hybrid method that involves two phases, the Elimination Phase and the Finals Phase. During the Elimination Phase, the cars are randomly assigned to a set of successive rounds to determine the finalists. In the Finals Phase, the finalists race against each other, with each car racing once per lane. This method ensures that the best cars are selected for the finals and provides the most accurate results possible.
RaceVIEW has two modes of operation, manual and automatic. In the manual mode, finish orders can be typed in for groups that do not have a compatible finish line timer equipped with a computer interface. Conversely, in the automatic mode, RaceVIEW is compatible with all commercially available timers that have a computer interface. This allows for a seamless integration with the tools that you already have at your disposal.
When ordering the software, you will be able to enter your organization and unique group identification in the space labeled "Company". Depending on your organization, this identification may be your Pack number for BSA Cub Scouts, or the equivalent unique identifier for other organizations. This will allow for customization of the software to meet the individual needs of your organization.
Overall, RaceVIEW is a powerful and flexible tool that simplifies the process of managing and presenting the results of your youth organization's events. With a user-friendly interface and compatibility with a variety of timers, RaceVIEW is an excellent investment that will save you time and effort in the long run.
