jMSN is a Linux console MSN client coded in Perl.
To run jMSN, you'll need Perl 5.6.0+ and specific modules such as Curses, libwww-perl, Time::HiRes, Digest::MD5, Text::Wrap, Socket, and IO::Handle.
Fortunately, running jMSN is pretty easy. You only need to edit the jMSN.conf file and copy it to ~/.jMSN.conf. After that, you can run it with the following command: $ perl client.pl.
In the latest update, jMSN has added support for connection failover. Thus, it will automatically reconnect to the server if the connection fails.
