Wocvim is a WoC client that can be integrated with Vim software. With this project, users can access the features of WoC inside the Vim editor.
While WoC was initially intended for use with source code, it can be used in any text. For source code specifically, ad-hoc tag generators such as cscope and ctags can be utilized. Some examples of these generators in action include parsing everything in the current directory (excluding the tags files) and generating .woc/, tags.woc and tags.rev.woc with the command "./woctags.sh"
For those looking to limit their search to only C sources present in the current directory (excluding subdirectories), the command "./woctags.sh ./ -name *.[ch] -maxdepth 1" can be utilized.
The latest release of Wocvim includes some added documentation as well as the $WOC_FILE_LIST environment variable, which is now used by woctag.sh. This variable can come in handy when specifying a custom file list.
Overall, Wocvim offers a useful and easy-to-use WoC client for Vim users looking to incorporate hyperlinks into their plain ASCII texts.
