PE-CD software allows users to create CD-R/CD-RW photo and image data albums on Windows. Utilize this feature to distribute/sell/manage large quantities of data, such as photo or image collections.
PE-CD is compatible with a large number of image formats, including JPEG, EXIF, JPEG2000 (JP2, J2K, JPC), PNG, TIFF, PCD, PCX, PSD, PIX, RAS, BMP, AVI, ANI, ICO, CUR, TGA, XBM, XPM, MPG, WMF, PICT, EXE, and DLL. With support for both English and Japanese Windows Environment, the software can cater to users of different languages.
PE-CD offers two executive modes, namely the "PE-CD mode" and "PE-CD (MAKE) mode." The former is executed as a CD-R/CD-RW automatic start edition by CD-R/CD-RW enclosing, while the latter is executed as a PE-CD enclosing Virtual CDR preparation edition. The "PE-CD mode" is burned along with the album CD-R/CD-RW of the photographs/images produced by the user. As a result, after inserting the CD-R/CD-RW, users can start the "PE-CD mode" automatically and begin managing their images.
PE-CD(MAKE)mode allows for distribution/sale/manage of large quantity data by the CD-R/CD-RW such as a photograph collection or image collection. Additionally, the software can be used under Windows 98, ME, NT4.0, 2000, and XP, without the need for the user to have an image viewer software. With PE-CD, there's no restriction on the number of the CD-R/CD-RW preparation which the "PE-CD(MAKE) mode" was used for, making it a versatile software for image management.
